My pup Robbie came here for 12 years. In recent times he has been seeing Dr Stephen, who was compassionate, kind and warm to my parents during a particular rough patch for Robbie. Yesterday we made the sad decision to put him down. Due to circumstances outside the clinics control, we had to wait in the vet's room for 35 minutes, as our poor Robbie wheezed and vomited and was in immense pain. Dr Ana was extremely rude, cold, with seemingly ZERO idea how to act around people, let alone people grieving the loss of their pet. She played with his eyes after he had passed. I felt uncomfortable leaving him with her. The whole situation was extremely traumatic, and Dr Ana needs training on how to be a compassionate person.

**Edited to add - the manager called my mother and apologise profusely. It doesn't take back how everything happened, but it has given my mother some much-needed closure and was deeply appreciated by my family, so thank you very much for this.

I couldn't speak more highly of Boronia Vet. Our family dog Ollie has been going to Boronia since he was a puppy. The staff are highly professional and always willing to take the time to explain daily care and procedures thoroughly so we can understand. Ollie is a spoilt and much loved member of the family and we believe he only deserves the best in life. The facilities at Boronia are to the highest standard and it is easy to see they continue to invest in their patient care. Very grateful, thank you!

We have been taking our dog, Daisy, here the past year due to several allergy issues that keep coming back. Each time, we have found the place clean and orderly, and the staff friendly. Extra thanks goes to Dr Dan Tung, who has been so gentle with Daisy. He explains everything clearly and always discusses with us future prevention plans even before her infections keep coming back. I can't recommend this place highly enough!! Thanks Boronia Vet team, keep up the good work!!

We just returned from an unexpected visit to the Boronia Vet. The vet couldn't have been more reassuring and knowledgable. Anytime we call, the reception staff are extremely friendly. Would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Fantastic people and very kind. There is a genuine care for your pet and for you as a concerned owner. I love the fact that you can call to get some advice too. A few months ago, I took my dog in for a very distressing condition and the team of people went above and beyond. ❤

I can not speak more highly of the Vets & nurses at Boronia Vet Clinic. My family have been taking our animals there for over 30 years. In recent times Dr Steve has cared for my elderly dog who had to be euthanised at 15 years old. The empathy & care shown at this very difficult time was very much appreciated.
This week Sammy very suddenly became ill & was rushed in after hours. The on call Dr met us at midnight at the clinic. Sammy was diagnosed & hospitalised for a couple days on a drip. Dr Matt rang me each morning before 8am to update me on how Sammy was going & to discuss treatment for the day. The phone calls were never rushed & all my questions & concerns were addressed. I was able to visit Sammy whenever I wanted to & drop his favourite toys in.
Thank you for everything you do. Definitely the best clinic going around!

I have nothing but praise for all of the vets and reception staff at Boronia Veterinary Clinic. My dog went there for her whole 13 and a half years of life and she only ever received outstanding service and care. More so towards the end of her life the care stepped up a notch and they were very understanding right up to the very end when she was laid to rest. Everything was explained in a professional manner and I did not feel like they were trying to convince me of anything at any stage. They just advised of how they thought my dog Milo was feeling and what her issues meant. Many thanks to the team and if one day I ever get another dog I will definitely be going back there as a customer. R.I.P my beautiful Milo you were well cared for xx

I should have gone here sooner! I had know they had been in the area for over 40 years, but was loyal to another local vet. But after excessive charges, no investigation and that vet was difficult and unfriendly - I finally went to Boronia Vet!!!! What an amazing place. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our first experience was so caring, we will be back there again!!!! Don't waste your time on other vets if you aren't 100% happy - Try these guys!!!! (We also receive the most personal card from them on the passing our our much loved Gold Retriever)

We love Boronia Vet Clinic! The staff are friendly and kind, and our puppy just adores them. Special thanks to Dr Dan who recently operated on our puppy. He has been so helpful during the rehabilitation process. It is reassuring to know that he is only a phone call away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic.

'All' of the vets and staff are amazing here. I don't know how their prices compare to other places but I can say that I've been using them for over a decade and there's no price you can apply to how they treat all the animals there. There medical expertise is 100% and they treat the animals as if they were their own. I *adore my pets as they are little family members and I felt 100% at ease when they've had overnight stays or surgery there. I've r ecco mended at least 20 people there and they all love Baronial Vet!

This is the best veterinary clinic I have been to. Reasonably priced and excellent caring staff. Lovely Receptionists who are always polite. I have nothing negative to say at all about this Clinic. Will miss Nicole. What a wonderful vet and person she is but I know Lucy will be well looked after by her new vet. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been going to Boronia Vet Clinic for some 35 years - many animals of lots of species. The level of care is second to none and all the staff are wonderful. We've had the whole range from general checkups to flat out emergencies to life and death situations and the care, compassion and skill of the vets and surgeons cannot be faulted.

Would highly recommend these vets to everyone. Well done!
