Most professional and friendly vet I have ever been to. Amazing the compassion and care all staff have for patients and owners. One of the few approved by the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) which made the decision easy to take my pug Bruce to Box Hill Vet Clinic. Thank you to Elaine and staff for making sure my man Bruce is always fit and healthy.

I have been attending this practice for over 25 years and have always been very impressed with the professionalism, care and concern all the vets and ancillary staff have for my pets and also my family. Elaine Ong is the most compassionate person I have met, and her team are also second to none.
Their hours of operation are flexible too, which is great for a working mum like me!
I have had two border collies and two cats under the care of this practice and I have no hesitation recommending them.
The staff have also been caring and empathetic on both occasions I had to put my pets down.
Thanks to all at the clinic and keep up the good work.

Very friendly helpful and informative. Very organised so ensure our pet is not stressed whilst waiting. I like the idea of a separate area for cats and dogs. Very happy with the service so far. I also like their patience with all my questions.
