The pictures must be from ages ago, as we recently stayed there and found it lacking.

To start when we paid, the Receptionist was boasting on the phone how they were taking some Residents to VCAT (as it is also a Residential Park) and how they were getting what they deserved.
A few red flags went up.

The accomodation cabin was tiny, and not at all modern. Chipped paint on the outside verandah that had seen better days. Inside various large nail holes on all the walls. Blinds that were yellow and stained. Ants in the bedroom.

There was little for the kids to do. One piece of playground equipment. There is a small pool and a spa that would fit 1 person. 2 if you squeezed. The large dumpster bin was absolutely overflowing and smelt rotten.

It's probably best if you are a Family to go to one of the larger, modern parks in the area. For the rate you pay here, there is very little to warrant it. I suspect the Kids will be bored stiff within a hour. Would like to see a massive improvement in either prices or facilities. Probably won't go back.

Enjoyed our stay here, facilities are great. Easy access to public transport. Staff are helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a single night in a cabin which was clean and tidy. The issue was that I was showering my toddler and the shower went cold after less than 5 minutes. In the morning we couldn't shower because there was no hot water. Not great when you have a toddler and disabled child who need showers

The caravan spaces are nice and clean, the visitors car park in in a bit of needing attention. Generally speaking its a nice place to visit and stay.

Nice Park all amenities as expected. Would be nice if the units had an oven but most guests won't miss this.

I live here most afaff are amazing and friendly that loce to get to know you. The manager us wonderful offers me extra items if i need to borrow. Great place except one staff member i find rude.
