A big 5 stars! A great large local store with a variety of items and services which has really improved in customer service over the years, as there was a time instore when staff seemed to avoid customers at all cost. My recent visits have been linked to DIY painting and clothes line purchase and the staff were ever so helpful regarding colour selection and information regarding decking oiling procedure. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience this morning at this store. Staff (all ladies) were so helpful.
A special thank you to Roma for getting my large awkward product from upper level all the way down to registers and then into my car. She was amazing !!

Very good place!
The most interesting part is, I can check the Aisle and Bay number from the website and help myself to find the appropriate product. Stock info is highly accurate AFAIK 🙂
also the Crafts section is amazing! each month I buy one for my 8yo kid. These help me to lessen the screen time for my kid.
i hope the administration will increase the items of this section 😇

Two stories of home improvement options. Best Bunnings I have ever seen. Only one cashier, but I personally blame the high shoplifter turn out in Maribyrnong. I highly recommend this store!

Me and my partner went here (Bunnings Maribyrnong) last Saturday (09 December 2017) to buy Gerni Pressure Washer the one worth $299. We were going just fine by ourselves comparing stuff with the other German brand pressure washer until this customer service or retail assistant named Adnan approached us and asked us sarcastically and with a very rude tone why my partner is looking for a foaming spray. I was taken aghast by his approach but I kept my feelings myself because I was surprised on the manner he approached us. He was saying “Why you need that?! Why you need that for?!” Repeatedly. My partner has social anxiety and I know that approach made him feel very little. I was very upset deep inside. Me and my partner are both calm and have a silent type of personality that’s why we let that go at the moment ‘cause we don’t want to deal with it on that day. Adnan ruined our day. I thought I will get over it in minutes but up until now (today is already Monday), the thought about his rudeness makes me uncomfortable. I still can’t get over how he made my partner feel. He was really rude. I am happy to be contacted and explain myself in person. I dont want that retail assistant get away with it. He made me mentally stressed thinking about what he had done. It may seem to be little but it matters to me ‘cause I am dealing with anxiety for a couple of months now and that person fueled it. Note: This is my own Google account but my son is also using it. He changed my name to Im Thug Dog. My real name is Angelica and I do not tolerate Adnan’s behaviour that very day!!!

First impression was good, I like their two level layout. But it got confusing cause half of the plumbing are on ground level and the other half on the top level. Got what I need in the end but had the ride their escalators a lot more than want.

Husband Forgot half my stuff at the counter, drove home, realised, went back after store was closed and the staff kindly opened the door, and went to retrieve the goods. Customer service was above and beyond and I'm super appreciative! Thank you thank you

Fantastic free spring festival for the kids today! Free icecreams, popcorn, fairy floss, pizza, craft activity, playground, balloon making, face painting and henna plus appearance of a dinosaur in the afternoon. Thanks so much Bunnings!

I was looking for the specific product, and they have confirmed on the system that they got 9 quantity in stock. I couldn't find it anywhere so asked staff , and even they cannot identify it and saying the system is only showing the quantity, not the exact location of the product. I had to wait in line for more than 15minutes asking for help to find it and it was bit frustrating that staff couldn't find the product, and asked me to come back again when the other person who might know about where the product is on duty. I end up with spending a lot of time with nothing on my hand.

Bad service, Hellen was very rude, we were waiting in line at the cash registers. No other customers were ahead of us, we waited patiently for around five minutes while she ignored us. We asked what was happening but we were ignored. When we gave up we left our small tub on the counter and said it wasn't good enough. She proceed to yell and raise her voice at us and telling us "tough luck" and screaming out the name of her manager in a challenge to make a complaint.

Massive store, prob one of the biggest! Prob my fav bunnings, cuz it's well lit, staff are knowgeable (most of the time anyway) and aisles are wide and roomy, so never feels like there's too many people!

Great Bunnings store! Friendly staffs and you pretty much can find everything here. Not too fond on the snag barbie but that is secondary.
