This is a typical Aldi store with great prices on supermarket goods. Being within the CBD parking, even though it's available, is not as good as that at Aldi outlets in the suburbs. Nonetheless, this particular Aldi outlet is convenient for city dwellers, university students and office workers. It's close to public transport.

Doesn't have different kinds of food or goods, compared with Coles and Woolies. Anyway, the prices are really cheap and you cannot find such prices in CBD.

Has a polite customer service, I returned some products a few times and they didn't even ask me why!

Sometimes there is a long queue (especially in the evenings).

Like what other reviewers have said, Lines here, and in other Aldi stores, are particularly long, mainly because there's only one or two counters available to process. If Aldi can implement a self checkout solution, I think it would work out better for your customers.

Rude and arrogant staff who think that they are above their customers. Have been a regular customer but decided to stop visiting it because they've become so full of themselves over the years, probably because ALDI won an award recently or something. On numerous occasions the store clerks have been very pushy and fussy at the checkout, even on quiet days! Customers get harassed to pack and pay quickly and get out of the way for the next customer, it's an absolutely upsetting experience that has been happening more and more frequently these days. We are shoppers not cattle! Awful.

Got served today by an assistant store manager named KETAN and all I can say is a kfc 15 year old worker does a better customer service than you do. You shouldn't blame a customer for a mistake that you did (throwing my receipt without asking), he then told me to look into the bin before eventually made me wait 7 minutes to reprint a receipt, no apologize given at all. Won't be coming back.

The lines are always long as only two counters are available. I think the quality of their products is acceptable, but not the best. Normally the veggies sold here are fresh. I hated that customers can only rush to pack everything themselves. The counters are busy so I must be really quick to put everything in my trolley. But that's why their prices are lower because they don't really have much employees to assist customers.

Cheapest place to get groceries, fresh fruits and veggies are priced closer to coles. You are better off getting fruits and vegetables from queen vic. Great selection of gluten free products

Sometimes there isn't quite enough cashier, the queue is a bit long. But I guess it is understandable given it is in CBD, and there were a lot of people

Great place if you want to buy meat. There are a lot of variety and cheap products there. Check their website for various kind of deals. I buy my sky google and gloves there and it was super cheap. I would like to go there again this weekend.

Great aldi store with amazingly helpful staff. Definitely a neighbourhood favourite! In that case, avoid peak hour times as it's gets really busy and could lead to you standing in the line for a while. Awesome special buys!
