I come to Wholefoods every Sunday and I love it! There are usually the same two staff members working and they create a really warm atmosphere - always greet me when I enter the store, super friendly, seem knowledgable and passionate about ethical food consumption.

I have been shopping here for 10 years and love coming here with my family. The fresh produce and ingredients are top quality I love that they support local businesses. The friendly customer service is beyond amazing I really feel at home especially when I'm shopping with 2 little toddlers they always help me and I'm forever grateful that I come here to shop.

Relatively friendly staff and good product line. However, the store is way overpriced compared to other health food stores in the area!

Worth visiting when they have in season produce on special, often on par with the supermarkets.

Non perishable shelf lines are hideously expensive. Bulk items are reasonable, but there are better alternatives.

    Staff are excellent.

Really friendly staff and a decent range of organic groceries but have had a few experiences of being over charged on veggies. Today I was charged for 1.09 kg of broccoli which i thought was a bit excessive considering it was one medium head. Went home and weighed it to find it was 350g. Was over charged by $10..

I'm sure it wasn't done on purpose but it seems to be a bit of a trend at this store and it has unfortunately really soured my experience of the place. Will be making the trip to brunswick st from now on.

This is one of the local organic stores I shop regularly at. They have a good range of products and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are some products here that I find hard to get elsewhere and this is one of the things that keeps me coming back. I also love the fact that they have a discount produce section for seconds and stuff that needs eating quick. I get a heap of good bargains this way.

Beware of this dodgy place. The staff is trained to overcharge for the products or put heavier weight for bulks. Our family has encountered with that practice not once, not twice, but at least three times in a short period of time. And these were the times we bothered to check the actual weight of the products at home and took the receipts. After reading the other comments I see this is their usual practice. Will avoid it now.

    Hi Scott,
I'll give you the latest example. The actual weight of a product bought in that store was five times less than what was in the receipt with overcharge of ~$20. My wife was in the store today and was fully refunded. The counter girl blamed the scales for the error and you say they are fine. The good side in that story is that the quality and choice of the products is good.
