Location is nice, food is tasty and no worries with service. Prices are okay. You do need to order at the counter, but as you would expect from a cafe. Only downside is that the outdoor seating areas are mediocre/old.

Great place to relax with waterview and birds life. Good coffee and choice of food. Definitely recommend for brunch.
