This venue needs to decide if it’s a “nice” eatery, or just another bowl cafe. I was once a regular customer but lapsed. Recently I returned in the hope that things had improved, but sadly this wasn’t the case. As long as the owners’ family use it as an extension of their own living room, people like me are going to feel like intruders rather than valued customers. When not just children but ADULTS climb into the booths over the backs of benches . when said people talk to each other across the room, often beside people eating well let’s just say I think it cheapens what could be a great place. The food is very good, the service is good, but the atmosphere from the above is bringing it down.

Not at all friendly staff, they asked us to leave at 10:25pm when we finished our game. however, closing time is 11:30pm on Saturday.
I went to the staff there whose name was Marco and explained that we have come here to enjoy with my friend who is from Brisbane and wanted to play one more game. Also, we planned it accordingly as the time on Google says till 11:30pm on Saturday. His response was not good. He said, we don't have enough customers here right now and we are not so busy so we are closing.
Moreover, during my communication with Marco other girl staff started interfering our communication "(I don't have her name as she didn't have her name tag on)." She said, "you gotta leave as we are closing and you gotta do what we say". After listening this, I felt very bad. as we as a group always come here once a fortnight. We have our work Christmas Party here. But won't come again and will not recommend to anyone again.
Second of all, they said "we don't count google hours". However, as far as I understand google does not just add this hours by itself. Only business owner has got authority to add this hours, and then google approves it. Also, their website says saturdays hours 9am - till late. In Australia, I believe "till late" means till 12 midnight, not 10:25pm.
I was very disappointed, and felt very bad in front of my friend who came from Brisbane to visit us. I won't recommend it to anyone.response / report this review -

Nice venue with a lot of activities and entertainment. Tenpin, laser tag, bump cars, arcade etc. Also have a very nice menu with good chefs and quality food. Had value for money dinner experience. Underground parking available.

AMAZING VENUE!! Fun and Friendly staff, yummy food, plenty of things to do and so much fun to be had! There's always something to do at Wyncity, would recommend to anyone and everyone!! 5 STARS!!

Omg just came from here.The most disgusting pizza ever.So soggy and thin with a piece of sliced ham that you buy from your local supermarket deli ripped up.Totally sloppy like a cup of water was tipped on it.Please dont eat here.The bowling lane number 11 kepted having problems.My sons birthday was ruined.I complained about the pizza they should of refunded us.

Very rude staff. No consideration for infant. Staff rudness spoiled our friday night. Will never recommend this place to any one. Lovely looking but let down by front counter staff.
