Very very poor customer service. I have purchased a car in Aug 2017 and from that point all the trouble started.
* When I received my car it was raining and I was not able to check my car for any damage. Sales person assured me that he has double checked everything and I can take the car. Next morning to my horror I found colour damage on couple of places in front. I rang sales person who assured me that he will look at it and fix it for me. Unfortunately due to death in family I was required to travel overseas and on my return I tried to talk to same sales person and found that he is no longer on job and manager told me that we don't take your words so we can't help you.

* On my car sale contract they gave me in writing that they will renew 3 months rago and full tank of petrol. They never gave me either of it. It's $ 250/- in total. I am trying to get this money since Aug. specially in last 1.5 months I have call them more then 30 times but reception just take my number and nobody even bother to call me back. They never have any manager on duty who can help me. I have also send them few emails requesting for my money but no luck. Only once I spoke to "some" manager and she conform to me in email that I will get my money but it's been more then 3 weeks since then.

* such a poor after sale service.

Recently had my car serviced and was totally impressed with the process from start to finish. Alex helped me and was super efficient and friendly. He was also funny which made the usual boring task enjoyable. I will be back! Oh and I loved the nice touch of the peppermints.
