I normally prefer to shop locally, but after a bit of looking around and on the internet buying and ship my firearm interstate from Clayton's was my best deal.

After an over the phone order in excess of $1000 I called the next day and asked if it was express posted as requested and if there was a tracking number, as usually I receive express post over night and nothing had arrived. The response I got was "All I can tell you is it was posted yesterday. Once it's taken to the post office it's out of our hands." Was not provided a tracking number.

Not what I expected from a reputable company when purchasing valuable equipment. Obviously they are not concerned about the value of my goods nor me as a customer.
