Was in the mood for some Mexican food so I thought I would head to Taco bill in Laverton. What a big mistake I made.
Even trying to order the meal was difficult. The waiter was completely incompetent. He had no idea what was in the food on the menu. Maybe it was his first night ok. That was the first thing.
Next, my partner and I ordered the banquet and my mother and son just ordered a main meal. My partner and I were up to our main meal and my mum and son still had not received there mains. This was an hour and a half after ordering. Terrible service!!
Take my advice if you are hungry don't bother attending this place. Says "under new management", out the front of the restaurant. Which I was happy to see and thought it would be better now. But nooo, I would not recommend anyone go to this place. Not even deserving one star!!

Went there on Saturday night . The place was fully packed the drinks and food was really amazing. Staff was busy but handled very well . The place is under new management. Keep up the good work . Will definitely be back.

Went there as a group of 9 on a Friday night. We arrived at 7.30 but only received our food at 9, and drinks took about 30-40 mins to be served. Due to the wait, the manager offered complimentary dessert, but insisted only 2 for the entire table. Eventually, as we complained that we had all waited and they had not specified the number of desserts, we compromised on 4 chocolate mousses for the table. The food was tasty, the waiters were absolutely friendly and a delight to deal with, the manager however seems inexperienced with customers and can't manage staffing. Not sure if we'd return to this Taco Bill, as the other branches are able to handle busy nights better.

Happened to drop by for dinner with a friend's family, place was good and family friendly. Food was good with decent quantity. Had a bunch of Frozen margaritas to choose from, so tried the tasting paddle which helped to choose one. All in all a good place to checkin with no reservations.

Went there on a Friday night. The service was lovely but the chicken tasted like tuna. Was definitely not what I had expected. The 1/2 priced Margheritas just tasted like lemons. Even ones that don't have lemons. Never going there again. Would rather go to Guzman Y Gomez.

Go there quite a bit but service is dropping (Laverton Site). For example I ordered a Chardonnay and they brought me brut. The bartender tried to convince me it was Chardonnay then showed me the bottle. It was actually the brut they have on the menu that they ONLY serve by the bottle. So she wasted a bottle. The actual Chardonnay was in the fridge and I could see it. But she insisted I was wrong. And they're just so non attentive lately. Definitely need managers on duty.

Food was nice but service was terrible. There was no staff member that knew how to make coffee and our waitress admitted she knew nothing about wine so she was unable to recommend a replacement for an unavailable menu choice. Our dishes and glasses were not removed at the end of each course. No coffee, no wine, no service. No returning customer here.

We ordered the enchiladas, beef were great, although the chicken ones were a bit dry. Nonetheless a delicious meal
