You guys have to do something about the general cleanliness of your rooms. You are way of the mark. Staff and service always good.

Below average. Took them 3 goes to code my room key so it worked, other guests had same problem. Hot water tap ran cold for 3 minutes before warming up. Rooms in need of some maintenance. Plus side, nice and clean and location for me was excellent. Beds ok.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is good, value for money. Near the city center; sightseeing, restaurants & bars nearby · Easily accessible by car; parking available · Near public transit.

I picked up a friend who was staying at Vibe hotel. They gave me a tour of the facilities which include a spa, swimming pool and child friendly pool. They have stayed at Vibe many times over the last 6 months and are very satisfied with the service.

It was a nice place. Didn't pay for it so can't comment on price and it was only one night as part of a wedding party. But have to say that the rooms are nice, the only thing is the hot water is really bad. You had to wait 5mins for it to start flowing, in my opinion that's just 5 mibs of water wastage for a hotel advertising that they are trying to change their carbon foot print. Other then that it was ok

Always very happy to stay here, staff are welcoming, rooms are comfortable, overall an enjoyable hotel to stay in with a tram stop pretty close by to enter the city!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, staff friendly and happy to help, strange that restaurant not open for dinner but it did make a good breaky

Check in I thought was a little bureaucratic - might have been the end of a long day too of course. A young man by the name of Oliver handled the "experience" with grace, professionalism and poise - good job Oliver. As always the room was clean and ordered. There are great eateries within walking distance north of the hotel in Sydney Road, Brunswick.

The beds were so comfortable, as well as the pillows. Hands down one of the best we have stayed in, especially for the price of the hotel. Very close to the Zoo to. Staff were accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. There were no issues at all with any of our requests (not that we had many as it was only an overnight stay). The balcony was a nice space. The only negatives. The bathroom really needs a hand rail for getting out of the bath/shower. The bath can also be very slippery. Overnight the room wasn't dark as the curtains let in a fair bit of light. This didn't affect our daughters sleep, however it did ours. Otherwise a great hotel we would return.

Nice location surrounded by parks and close to the CBD. It's a good place for people who come to conferences or other events. Quiet and well maintained.

The Vibe Hotel in Melbourne on 441 Royal Parade, Parkville does not deserve any star. I put one star on here because there is no 0 star which it deserves. We usually go to much cleaner hotels. My partner and I were hoping for a very good rest and this hotel made our stay unbearable. Room we were given when we booked was dreadful, very bad smell. Bedding full of pubic hair which we discovered after several hours. Absolutely disgusting. We asked for a 'cleaner' room again this room was not cleaned well some hair on the bedding and bathroom floor (not as much as the first one)still disgusting and beds extremely uncomfortable. I woke up following morning with a very sore back. Staff(at reception) males and a big, short woman not customer oriented at all. No discounts given after this horrible experience. Cleaner/s who clean the rooms are very poor in cleaning capabilities. We will NOT be coming to this dirty hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience.

Perfectly ok room with a comfy bed, clean and tidy but bathroom needed some minor maintenance. Great service on check in/out. Skip the breakfast - 'fresh' fruit was mostly canned fruit, juices weren't kept topped up - you'll get a nicer feed at a cafe for a similar price.

Not value for money! No compendium in room, not told when room service or restaurant closed (Friday and Saturday nights by the way). Room was spacious but bathroom is dreadful. Damaged timber in bathroom, great big unpainted area outside bathroom that would take 5 minutes to fix. Shower and toilet are pretty old and not well designed at all. Certainly not worth $200 a night.
