  Room was nice, balcony overlooked the road. Comfortable bed. Staff were accommodating.

  Had a nice stay while in Melbourne for a business trip. Reception was closed when we arrived, but we'll organised to get access and find our way in.

  Bad communication by staff over payment and checking in terrible cooling conditions rooms were very hot and couldn't cool down.

  Staff were friendly and helpful. Upgraded to an apartment which was clean and well appointed. Was very close to restaurants and night life.

  the house keeping did a wonderful job. there was a nice view out of the balcony. the rooms were nice as well. this was a great spot to stay. five stars!!!

  Very nice, well-equipped room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fully equipped laundry and kitchenette came in very handy. Good location within easy walking distance of st kilda beach.

  Well appointed unit, kitchen, lounge with hard as concrete queen size bed, ensuite. TV only in lounge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Carpooling is extra. Close to beach and restraunts. Off street Parking is extra.

  Great place with very friendly reception personnel. Rooms are comfy and you have everything St. Kilda has to offer in walking distance.

  Small but comfortable. Easily accessed from public transport and the beach. Many local shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
  
  Service has been good, and our stay has been uninterrupted. The rooms themselves are clean and well stocked for short to moderate length stays.
