  Really thoughtful staff and quite courteous. Perfect location for Flemington Races. The place is a little tired but it's not like you're there for long.

  No lifts to room was the biggest issue. Rooms were clean and has all th3 required amenities.

  It's on a big road but they have a carpark. It'll be fine for small and large sized cars but no good for anyone towing a trailer.

  It was okay - great location with easy access to trams, great amenities including laundry, hairdryer and coffee machine but there was an overall shabbiness to the room - chipped walls, broken light switches, obvious caulking and water damage. Plus flat, uncomfortable pillows and no cover on my quilt insert. For the price I paid, I expected better.

  We are staying in a bedroom apartment and it's great. The wifi is fast the air con is super strong. Location to everything north of the city is great no need to cut through for each activity. Good place to stay.
