This establishment is VERY noisy, staff are unprofessional and unhelpful, the office is cluttered and thoroughfares dirty and seedy, with awkward, windy access and the two doors leading to our apartment door being held open with broken bricks! There is apparently free WIFI but it rarely works except late at night and the place just seems very tired and in need of a refurbishment, thorough clean and freshen up. Very disappointing as this visit has dampened our whole trip to this incredible city!

It's like an oyster not so pretty on the outside, cracks in windows and has a 70's vibe to the state of the outside of these buildings. But we stayed in the family apartment,2 bedrooms was perfect! Clean, comfortable and updated.

I read a lot of the previous reviews and wasn't put off by a couple of the negative feedback l read about noisy guests in rooms, traffic noise, and untidy downstairs areas.
I have just returned to Adelaide after spending 4 very restful days and nights at this motel.
The rooms where all recently renovated to delightful light tones and good taste. There was quality bedding and facilities with superb efficient and quiet air conditioning.
The staff were efficient and obligingly friendly.
The location was awesome. End of the Tullamarine Freeway from Melbourne Airport 20 mins away!
Many trams an hour the 57 & 59 got me into the Queen Victoria Markets and Melbourne CBD in 10 minutes!
Car parking was easy, under your room downstairs and undercover from the elements.
I definitely will be staying here again, no doubt about that.

Nice clean and up to date rooms.
Friendly staff but toooooo much traffic noise for me . Grounds also need some TLC bit run down 😞

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and hot shower. This on top of a great location, undercover parking and friendly staff. I will be back in the future.

Two bedrooms and a kitchen. Enough to sleep 5 people (two queen beds and a single). Serviced daily. Climate control in both bedrooms. Rooms have recently been renovated and are quite nice. Double bricked to keep the Melbourne weather outside.
