This was the second time we have stayed here. Convenient and price is right. Pleasant room with all mod cons. Washing machine, dryer, kitchenette with dishwasher, modern bathroom. And all very clean. The only complaint was the mattress wasn't as comfy as the first time. Maybe we should have tried the 2nd bed out. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again.

Awsome with 24/7 reception consistant pricing and flexible payment options checking in at odd hrs and late books made easy. Rooms are comfortable and location is convenient. Thanks to all the friendly staff for the service received.

Dirty, lousy customer service, air conditioner not working, leaked water all over carpet and couch. Won't stay here again!

This hotel is good in terms of room. It provides a modular kitchen in room along with basic set of utensil. Room is not very spacious. Although staff is courteous and polite. Also, very less breakfast options.

Stayed 3 days 2 night for a weekend gateway with my husband. It's an okay hotel, nothing much stood out. It's quiet which is good. Room is on the smaller side. We liked the heater to keep us warm and toasty. Hair dryer, microwave, cutleries etc supplied which is great! Generally clean, staff not overly friendly or unfriendly. 3 stars average.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Pleasant outlook. Dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, hotplates complete little kitchen, very neat and great value for money.
$15 for parking is a bit steep. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.response / report this review -

Very spacious spaces even for a booking for just one person; I got a bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with washer and dryer, kitchenette and a living area with a TV and small deck with great views. Also has a gym you can use 24/7 and a superb restaurant which was very reasonably priced.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager Santini was actually worse than the staff. In all serious apart from the incredibly rude in experienced staff, the rooms left a lot to be desired also. I would book into a hostel before I ever booked in there again. Please let it be known I am not one to complain, this was just well beyond a joke for this type of establishment.

Stayed in a Heritage suite; nice staff and lovely room however there were only stairs to our room, our key cards stopped working twice and our order for room service was never picked up therefore we never got our room service. I would definitely come back here though cause the room was nice and it was a nice atmosphere.
