Officeworks is like the Bunnings for stationery nerds and it's hard to leave empty handed. The greeting when you arrive here is always welcoming and staff on the floor are quick to assist you with queries. While generally well stocked they don't have a wide range of some of the larger furniture items such as chairs and folding tables like some of the other stores eg. Coburg.

Used Online Click and Collect which promised order will be ready in 2 hours - 2 hours later call to be told sorry our store is different we don't work to those time lines on the website. False advertising! Call the store to then be thrown on hold until i hungu p 5 mins later.

Staff are great. They are fighting a massive battle against useless photo machines. The whole process is tedious.

Their queue system is in shambles. I stood in what seemed like a queue for 10 minutes to be told in the end that it wasn't. And the passport photo service advertises a soft copy and email but they don't give it to you. And everything is done begrudgingly, as though they're doing you a favor. They should not be in the productivity business while being so supremely unproductive.

The girl with the orange hair. You are the rudest. I wanted to ask how my binding was going and you just brushed me off and ignored me. I wanted to ask if it would be done soon so I can either just come in when its less busy or wait a tad longer. Absolutely shocking customer service skills. Apparently I have to wait for half an hour for your attention and a simple answer to a simple question.

Recently at Bundoora store I've had several antique and rare etchings copied. The service has been excellent and great care taken. Very friendly and professional staff in the photo copy department.

Amazing team and always friendly. Helped out more then expected for a fundraiser for the Good Friday Appeal. Very generous and needed to be acknowledged.

Good prices and friendly staff. Though the staffer we had at the printer was slow and stubborn. She wouldn't print black and white after we and her knew the colour printer was not working properly!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would!!! I have been here on multiple occasions to get printing done and every single time has been a nightmare. Today I was there for an hour to get one sheet of A1 printed. The staff had no idea and the lady decided to help 5 other people before even putting my paper in the printer only to then continue helping other people while my printing was not being done. I dread going to this store and today was the final straw. Never again!!!!
