Hello to all customers of amart furniture in campbellfield i recently purchased an item from them and cancelled the item before it got delivered and asked for a refund back on the card it was paid on.
The staff told me what i need to do to have the refund put back on that card it was purchased on due to there store policy.
I come to find out that they have refunded the card onto a different card a day after i had explained to them of the situation the staff showed a lack of care of duty and they breached section 60 of the competition and consumers act 2010.
I spoke to the store manager (kristin) and she denied that all refunds go into the card it was purchased on if you go on the website and see the store policy you will see it does say if you purchased on a card all refunds will be processed to that card.
They have taken no fault in what they have done i have asked several times to speak to the regional manager i have even spoken to head office and i have even asked them to speak to the regional manager and i have been denied multiple times.
There policy is void to them and they only do what they want the amount i lost from there lack of communication and customer satisfaction was almost $4000.
so dont listen to everything amart campbellfield say to you make sure of it and BE CAREFUL for they should be taking down there store policies for they do not follow them or have any plan or steps set out to follow the store policy.

Bought some furniture items and I have to say, Me and my friends was very impressed with the customer service provided by Daniel. He was very helpful, patient and willing to assist us with our queries. I would definitely recommend this store and the customer service provided is top notch. I went to purchase a desk online (part of the Online Exclusives not available in store) - didn't go through with it simply because it would cost $130 to deliver a $250 item 2 suburbs away from Campbellfield store which would then no doubt require assembly. Seriously not worth the money to do this when all items should be available to purchase in store or at least have the option that it can be delivered to a store for a customer to collect.

GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT. This brand recognised itself as being the reject shop of all furniture stores. Hang in there! Mahyo needs cheap furniture like yourself. One day Mahyo can afford real timber. Maybe solid Teak or Mahogany. Mahyo wants to make his own Room. One day furniture may become virtual anyway. Yay. Mahyo vote sustainability!

There are variety of furniture sold here. They are affordable and staffs are there to help you out. Every Thursday there will be a special section where they sell items at special price due to some marks or scratches on them.

I bought a bed from here about 18 months ago. The fabric on the mattress has sort of stretched somehow. I went in to ask if this was covered by the warranty for which it was explained to me that it wasn't, however the manager was so amazingly helpful and told me I should have had a mattress protector on. He then went away and got one and gave it to me for free. I was blown away at this amazing customer service. I definitely recommend Super Amart. Thanks heaps .

We have bought majority of our furniture from here and never had an issue until recently when a spring in our chaise lounge popped up. Even though it was out of warranty they pulled some strings and removed the old delivered the new at no charge. Very friendly staff and always keeping the customers happy.

Bed frame was difficult to fit, the screws and ankles were terribly difficult to work as compared to ikea. Also couldn't fit some screws because the holes won't align properly (badly made I guess). When finally I unwrapped the mattress, I was surprised to see they had sold me queen sized mattress when in fact I had bought double sized bed frame and asked for same sized mattress! I had to choose from multiple double sized mattress from display but was told everytime that none of the double sized were available and so I had to go with the only double sized mattress they said was available there, but wasn't expecting at all that they were entering a queen size on their computer. Why would I ask for a queen sized mattress with a double sized bed? Should have checked the bills properly. I am now too tired to think of the hassles of returning back. Overall, really bad experience.
