Worst experience ever.
Had a guy come over who was a pig of a man.
Never got back to us either.

Have Called three times this week to arrange a quote for shower screen, was told each time they were currently busy but left details so they could call back. Still no response Very poor I'll take my business elsewhere.

Height of poor customer service, I personally walked in the store on a Saturday and there was only one staff available. I requested for a home visit to get a quote on works and provided my contact details etc but no one ever contacted me yet after almost 2 months. They desperately need an overhaul with this outlet and bring a management that is serious about the business and not just wasting customer's valuable time.

Terrible. They called to tell me my new window job was 'not worth their time' and 'too small for a multi million dollar company' after i had taken time off work and was waiting at home for them to arrive to provide a quote.
