Prime restaurant out here is the best. Amazing service. And the food is mind blowing specially the steaks they just melt in your mouth would definitely recommend people to go there once. I cant wait to vist them again and try there amazing set menu for steak lovers. We had gone on our anniversary and the staff gave us a complementary dessert.and a wonderful service. Overall the best steak restaurent ever.

This place is definitely one of the most underrated hotels in Sydney. The food is first class no matter where you eat in here and the service A1. The rooms are immaculate as are the function rooms. Top top it all off the place has been designed to merge the old classic, sandstone structure of the GPO with the modern, contemporary look of the hotel.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

What a delightfully wonderful hotel! Stayed here for a week and have never come across staff and a team that were so helpful and friendly. Lovely modern rooms with full amenities. Fantastic breakfast selection. Close to nearby shops and restaurants and short walk to circular quay. Many thanks to Irene for always greeting us with a smile and breakfast! Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thank you

Attended my graduation ball at the Westin. The venue looked really nice, however the decor was minimal. I had 3 course meal which was delicious. Wished it was 5 course meal and have better decor but I believe it was budget related. The dance floor was a bit small to accomodate almost our whole cohort. However all in all I enjoyed the night.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful part of downtown Sydney. Very cosmopolitan. But make sure your wallet is full because this city is EXTREMELY expensive, more than San Francisco and Manhattan. Martinis were $30 each in their bar and food is just as pricey. Everything is double for clothing as well but right now, the U.S dollar is strong so that's some relief. Still, the city is breathtakingly beautiful and so clean. Definitely worth visiting.

Service at the bar is appalling. Met a client for drinks in the bar on 22 June before going to dinner, when the waiter spilt our drinks all over one of my guests and myself. Clearly an accident, when the waiter came in with the tray to put the drinks down, he simply tilted the tray slightly too far forward. Not the end of the world by any means but we were covered, I had the contents of a full glass of beer poured directly into my lap. What made the experience horrific however was that the waiter was focused on clearing the table and neglected the fact we were covered, so I requested a towel or something that could be used to dry us off. the waiter went to the bar to retrieve some napkins, after far too long of a wait, he returned to immediately use them to clean up the table and the floor. So I went to the bar and requested some additional napkins for my guest and I. After having to take care of the situation myself, I paid c. $65 for our drinks (which I was still charged for at full bore).

I get accidents happen, and I wouldn't have been bothered had the wait staff made drying my guest and I a priority. It also would have been nice to have not been charged for the drinks which would have offset the cost of the subsequent dry cleaning bill, but the worst bit was that my clients were from out of the country, and the girl who was also covered had never been to Australia prior. I was embarrassed by the horrific customer service provided at such an expensive bar. I will never return to this bar under any circumstances, and I would advise anyone else from doing so either.

We went for the Mad Hatter's High Tea this afternoon, which we enjoyed with a 'Drink me' cocktail (blueberry mojito - very nice!) The food was delicious, particularly the Queen of Hearts tart! I am vegetarian and let them know this with my booking; they accommodated for my dietary requirements with no fuss, and didn't make me feel like I was being a hassle! The service was impeccable, the wait staff very friendly and attentive. Worth every cent, would highly recommend.

I went to the restaurant with my mother and my two brothers for the lunch special. We were very pleased with the lunch special which was $40 which included a small main, entree, appetizer, dessert, and drink. Drink could have been wine or juice or soft drink. It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere and the service was very good. It was at the mosaic restaurant.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. Good service and recommendations from the front desk staff and good room service. Great rain shower and quiet room with good block out of light. Mixed bag on service later at night - more than two hours after asking for a room service table to be taken away I put it in the corridor and it was still there the next morning.

Spacious room with large bathroom, tub and rain shower. Service is always very quick. Superfood menu is extensive and refreshing. Buffet breakfast has great options that changes every day to offer variety if staying multiple days. Highly recommend.

Really nice and clean comfortable hotel. The historic rooms are very spacious with lovely high ceilings. All toiletries are provided and staff are efficient with check in. They have coat hangers, hair dryers and robes. Very short walk from the train station and great location for touring Sydney. They have an easy check out system.

I stayed there for more than 10 days back in 2015. The whole team is friendly and cooperative as long as you speak intelligible English. The breakfast was satisfactory and won't let you down. The rooms in highest floors give you a nice view but the scenery from the lower floors is a put off. If you want a hotel with a nice big pool or gym, this is not exactly what you're looking for. As for cleanliness, the rooms are clean and room service lives up to 5-star standards. The spa and bathrooms are large and the furniture is relatively new. However, I had to pay more to move to a room on a higher floor, and they gave me the key to a room left by the previous client in complete chaos. They made it up to me by allowing me to check out a few hours later than the usual check-out time. I liked Westin and it's a hotel worth trying at least once, but honestly for that price you afford to experience way better services in Sydney.

A great overnight experience. Using the Wilson parking and having it validated by the Westin meant it only cost us $15 to park overnight in Sydney! The staff were pleasant, upon arrival. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was a little soft for our liking, as were the pillows (but this is just personal preference). Downside to the room - no power sockets near the bedside to charge phones. The only other thing I found strange was that I couldn't order a beer at the bar downstairs to take back to our room. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good (I love their scrambled eggs!). Checkout was fast and easy.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and stylish rooms as everyone expects from a Westin. The bed, however, was not as comfortable as it usually is. It had a bump in the middle and dips in the sides. Breakfast included eggs any way you like and all the other usual buffet breakfast items. They also had smoked salmon with capers and onions which was very nice. Plenty of delicious options to please everyone. If you plan on going to the pool, ask for directions. It involves multiple fights of stairs, 2 elevators, and a walk through the health club to a fairly small pool. I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past decade and it never disappoints, I'm sure I'll be back again in the future.
