While the 'villa' was clean, roomy and quite well appointed, the water pressure was so poor that we could barely have a shower. When we asked for a reduced fee they said this was not policy, but they did offer a night's free accommodation. They said they entered this into their computer system but would not issue a voucher. Will update whenever we try to claim. Had a phone call back from them, not liking my original review, saying I could have been given another cabin. However, my shower was at 6 am and their office doesn't open until 9am, so I am not sure how that would have worked. All I did was rate my experience. For the price, with no offer of refund, and then complaining about my review, the 3 stars should come down to 2.

We took a cabin! It was brand new and the linens were extremely good and everything very organised! Just the kitchen could be a little bit more clean! We had to wash everything before using it.

This is such a beautiful place. The pool looks amazing lit up at night. Didn't mesh with the manager of the park. She was a bit rude.

Stayed 6 nights. villa size great (biggest we have stayed in), layout great, great position every thing you need is included. Handy to beach, shops, club and pub. Villa clean and tidy. Reception staff great PR. Facilities great.
