Very overcrowded and very expensive because there is no security and all Umina kids taking pools facilities illegally. You paying a lot for kind of private water park and getting thousands of people there.

Just had a 2 night stay with our kids and other family and had a great time.
Great level sites for the tents,clean and modern amenities,hot showers, baby baths and kid size showers too.
Close to the beach, and easy stroll to all the pools and reception etc.

Good facilities. Clean showrooms and toilets. Staff are friendly and helpful. I lost my wallet at the camp site. A little girl found it and leave it with the reception. The staff call me on my phone to let me know they have my wallet. Nothing in the wallet is missing at all. Big thanks to the staff and that little girl. God bless her.

Went at October which didn't wasn't crowded. Had enjoyable experience with the ducks and goose hanging around the caravans and tents. The nearby beach was beautifully clear and not deep. Perfect for families.

Great Big4 park, clean facilities and super friendly/helpful staff.
We have a wonderful time with our two young kids; bouncy pillow, play equipment, three pools, waterslides, water play park, hired a hot wheels bike, ate hot chips at the cafe (cafe is very slow and a little on the $$ sidealso has a tendency to close earlier than it says on the door), swam at the beach and breathed in the view!
Fab little weekend getaway. So good we stayed an extra cheeky night.response / report this review -

Quite low quality compared to the hype. Staff looked stressed and not ready to help you. In the past people have lost their stuff (according to reviews and some visitors say), so we took extra precautions for ourselves not to leave anything unattended-- which is not necessary in most Australian camping sites. We saw security and police were there in numerous occasions. Not sure for what they were there for though. Bikes hire staff personnel who was the only helpful one we met got a bad face from other staff who came to help saying she could have done it herself!! Wow!! Definitely not the peaceful holiday I was expecting. During the booking staff forced us to book for three nights saying it's the rule during peak time and pool was closed saying some accedent happened when we visited. We got "next years booking forms", now going to get in the recycling bin.

Good price for the service they give to you.
Great camp kitchen and lots of bbq areas. Nice and clean bathrooms.
Very funny are the possums that go around after the sunset.

The staff are really professional but friendly. The play areas for kids are outstanding. Located right on the beach when the warmer weather is great for swimming. Close to the three major supermarkets. Cabins are nicely appointed but there are also caravan and camping sites. Thoroughly recommend it. Perfect place for a holiday.

Great place to do some camping if you're a first timer. We got a powered tent site near the communal kitchen where it has all of the cooking facilities such as Barbecue machine, fridge to keep your food and washing with eating area. There are other BBQ facilities around the park as well. Just hoped that the grounds were a little more taken care of and level.
It rained quite a lot this time round as it again raining now. As the ground is not level there is water build up with heavy rain.
The security and facilities are great but just the grounds for the tents need some work.response / report this review -

We holidayed here with a big group of families for the first week of the school term (homeschoolers). We loved the resort. As is usual for a big 4 park, there were a lot of activities to keep the kiddies entertained. The beach was beautiful with gorgeous views. And all only an hour from Sydney (sans heavy traffic that is!)

Great camping site at a nice Beach. Water park for the kids (no big slides, only a 'normal'one). Very friendly staff and clean. Not all BBQs worked during our stay. But it was not so crowded so it was not a real problem.

Tent sites are really generous, you could fit two 10 man tent, gazebo and car and it still felt open and spacious and enough room to neighbors. Site is clean, two pools and lots of stuff to do for little ones in holidays when more activities were put in place. It is close to beach, but water is rather murky, still catching little waves heaps of fun.

Great location but fairly average. I stayed in a cabin for one night and it was cozy and fairly well kept however there was also bugs everywhere. 2 of the sheets in the bedrooms were dirty and some of the dishes weren't very well cleaned. Okay place to stay on a budget.
