A beautiful environment perfect for a special occasion. The rooms, pool and breakfast are all first class and the service from all staff outstanding. Thanks.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Stayed 3 nights there. Amazing breakfast. The 12 hour cooked braised lamb dinner for 3 is outstanding. The executive king room was great to have a meeting in with my client. The rooms are super quiet with heavy curtains. The beds are perfect. One thing that could be improved is the foldout bed from the couch. It was reasonably uncomfortable for my son. I have never seen a prettier pool than the one downstairs with a starlight ceiling. Most importantly, the service staff go over and above to please you, making me feel like a million dollars. There are lovely lunches and scones etc for meetings downstairs in the restaurant and cafe. I look forward to returning there again.

Loved loved loved it. We are going back in the new year. Even our chihuahua loved it. Every thing is 5 ☆ and nothing is a problem for them. Great staff, food, rooms and atmosphere. You won't regret going there.

The best 5star hotel in Sydney. Highly recommend room with terrace. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Staff lovely and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was our highlight. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and chocolates and complimentary was an added bonus.

We stayed on the second floor in a harbour view room. Concierge gave us a quiet room away from elevators as we were travelling with a 5-month old. Service was impeccable at all times. My favourite hotel in the world!

Had amazing afternoon tea. Palm Court itself is light, spacious and elegant plus. The pianist was exceptional and really added to the ambience. Service was exceptional and staff were attentive and well informed. The tea stand was exceptional - we loved the savouries, the scones were superior and the Christmas in July sweet treats were almost too pretty to eat. Truly, a wonderful experience.

I didn't stay here, just used the spa. It was the relaxing haven that I needed! The pool area was delightful and my treatment very relaxing. The changing facilities were good quality but too small. There is only one hairdryer! I was going there before a wedding so was a little worried for time when I went to get ready and the showers/changing area was full. I would definitely recommend and would go again, just maybe when I had slightly more time.

Very nice, luxurious atmosphere. Booked the tennis court through them, which was great. Then had a booking at their day spa. The massage was quite nice and then using their swimming pool and jacuzzi was a nice finish.

Just a short walk from Circular Quay via Argyle Cut or at foot of steps behind Observatory Park. Warm welcome by very pleasant staff. Waiters very knowledgeable and helpful. Food different to the usual and well presented and tasty. Very extensive wine list which we were told is being updated to include more local wines. Value for money.
