The good: apartment was spacious and tidy. A cot for our baby was provided on request. Outdoor area beside the pool was great for lunch and the hotel was in a great location. The bad: The bathroom in our room did not have a working shower and the attached bath was cracked and had also scum on it. Very unexpected given the otherwise good quality of the room, but it was unusable in the state it was in.

This hotel is located at a great location. They are kinda stingy with giving access to the wifi. Overall it's a good hotel.

Tired hotel and expensive for what it is. Room had dirty towels, holes in curtains and water stains under the airconditioning units. Hotel staff were far from friendly. Decor is dated.

I stayed for 1 night in a two bedroom apartment. The room had two balconies (one off each bedroom with a more narrow door for access from the lounge room). The decor was slightly dated, although overall the room was in good repair. My room was very clean with excellent amenities. The kitchen has lots of cookware and utensils, but sadly no baking tray. The beds were extremely comfortable and my type (I prefer a softer mattress). The staff were also a highlight of my visit, extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again :)

Great hotel at good location. Interior is a bit outdated though and the roomservice is simply bad, they don't bother vacuuming. When asked, reception mentioned they only do a quick cleaning.

Very comfortable rooms, well furnished. We had an apartment, with kitchen and lounge, that was well equipped with a lovely view. Surprisingly affordable for Surry Hills too!
