  stayed overnight , compact but clean and modern , little parking on site but backs on rear street with parking available there . Courteous and helpful receptionist.

  Nice room, super small bathroom. Not much parking and unable to reserve ahead.
  Shared kitchen facilities on bottom of three floors.
  Reception fellow was friendly and knowledgeable of local area.
  Hotel is literally across the road from the Children's hospital emergency access.

  Love this place. Always clean and tidy. Hot water lasts hours. We stay here quite a bit due to hospital stays. Very close and handy to everything. Staff are always willing to help.

  The Blenheim was terrible there was no hot water for most of the two nights I stayed there. There was construction outside the hotel which made access difficult. They even supply ear plugs! I have complained to management regarding no hot water and they have not replied to me. I will not stay there again.
