  This shop offers a not-so-friendly service, but their cakes are worth returning for.

  I had a really horrible experience with the owner of this shop. I was charged for 2 cakes instead of one , and after sending proof to the owner (a copy of the transactions) he still kept putting my matter on hold for 3 weeks i didnt hear back from this guy. So i went in person to resolve the matter, i asked for my money back or a replacement cake, i sooke to one of his employers who called him and he said he would call me on my phone and discuss, so i received a call and he said give me a chance till tomorrow to fix the situation. That same day he messaged saying " Look I have gone thru bank record eftpos record and sale record. I can not find double transaction with credit card number (.) I don't have any thing to go on further. " in other words calling me a liar. So i esculated this problem and disputed it on my end. I recived very poor customer service and i definately don't recommend this place to anyone, unless the person want to be over charged and pretty much called a liar!

  Very disappointed, they provide a free fork and napkin with a $2.00 piece of cake, my wife requested 30 forks for a $70.00 cake and they wanted $0.20 each. We went next door and bought 36 forks for $1.10. We normally buy from Avondale Heights store who give you the fork and napkins without question. We will never come back to this store again and we will tell our friends about our bad experience.

  Such a friendly and fuzzy environment, customer service was excellent and also helped me to choose a delicious cheesecake. I was served by a really kind girl, her badge said Amanda, very friendly and helped me allot to choose a cheesecake for my mum after her operation at the hospital, and my mum loved it. So thanks for the service and keep up with the good work!!!!

  Was served by a very kind young girl who seemed very happy to make sure I left with a smile and exactly what I wanted. Her name badge said Sarah, she is a keeper in that store I go there a lot and the service is usually okay but the cakes are amazing and Sarah's service made my experience so much better and easier. thank you
