Wonderful and friendly staff who are a credit to the business. Buffet breakfast is fantastic especially the waffles they're amazing. However this isn't a five star hotel, toilet roll is only 1 ply, sheets are 180 thread count polyester, most of the gym equipment is broken and the hallways are dark and poorly lit. But once you get passed these things you find a very quaint and pleasant establishment with many charms. If you're ever staying in the area this is the place to stay.
One note to management though, please tell your cleaners to be quieter. What's the point of a "I'm relaxing" sign on the door if all you can here are doors slamming and cleaners talking loudly for hours on end?response / report this review -

A nice and comfy stay, has all the basic stuff like iron, Ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries etc, but room decor feels a little older. Found the bar fridge a bit noisy so turned it off. Free parking in the underground parking lot. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff is really friendly. Will recommended.

Stayed here for one night, the rooms are comfortable and you essentially get what you pay for. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hallways between rooms are essentially very dad and lonely and give the pay by the hour vibe. Brightening this area up (even just during daylight hours) would be a huge improvement.

Conference facilities were clean and neatly presented. Internal car parking was a great advantage for security and convenience. All staff were lovely and eager to help with anything that was needed. Only tiny complaints are the elevators are very slow and no outside food can be brought on the premisis. Overall a great experience!

Night Reception was the rudest, most unhelpful front desk employee I've ever experienced. Basically tried not to sell a room. Eventually booked online. Checked in approx 1am, and check in took about 20-30 mins. I don't understand why people like him even work in hospitality, let alone hotels!!

Free internet but slow. Customer service was reasonable, wouldn't allow early checkin. Standard rooms are small but the bathroom is big. Reasonably clean inside. Only complaint would be that the room could need a refresh paint job as previous guest had left marks on walls. Nice location, if only Dandenong council cleaned up its act and renovated it's town centre.
