Absolute appalling service. Attempted to buy accessories for my BBQ and didn't get an advice since I didn't purchase the unit from BBQ Galore in Moorabbin. Alex: "Call the manufacturer and good luck mate". Worst experience in an economical climate like this! Don't go there and waste your time!

Very poor service. I was served by a young short guy that was more interested in his slicked hairdoo and earing than what he was serving customers. Moves like a snail on Steroids. Refused to sell me a display barbeque as they had sold out even know it was a discontinued line. What the?

Helpful and friendly staff at this store, always with a smile. Great range of items and excellent product knowledge. I don't go anywhere else.
