Terrible service, I arrived at 5:10pm and there was one person still waiting to be served. I was promptly told that that they were closing and couldn’t serve me even though their closing time is at 5:30pm. Highly unprofessional manner.

Have been here a few times, they do a pretty decent job of threading brows and are quite polite. Not sure why so many negative reviews
