  They are amazing.. Been going there for couple of years and they always do a fantastic job. I LOVE my eyebrows. Will never go anywhere else.

  Being based in south yarra, I have 2 beauty and brow close to me. I still travel into the city to the emporium branch for rita. She is the only one who consistently does an excellent job on my eyebrows. 100% recommend!

  This is usually my go-to and although not the friendliest of staff, they usually do a good job. Today I've came away with unevenly shaped brows with one arch noticeably higher than the other. After three years of being a customer, I think it's time to find somewhere else

  Terrible service yesterday. I have no idea what the technician was doing as she clearly couldn't see very well, my eyebrows are completely different shapes now. She took off the front of one quite a lot making it shorter in width than the other eyebrow. I only asked for a tidy up not reshape. Last time they took off the end of one brow so it's much shorter than the other it still hasn't grown back.
  This time I now look Like I have one raised eyebrow since they are different widths at the front . I left unhappy then decided to go back and complain she claimed that she didn't remove what she did, it was clearly red from the threading. She tried to fix it a little but I didn't let her do much for fear of it looking worse. I hope the hairs grown back I'll unsure they will. I'm pretty angry and won't be using this place again. Annoyed at the terrible job and having to pay for someone to do this!

  Used to line up, but not this time. Only 1 before me and only a staff in the shop. She did everything very quick, I had my eyebrow threading done - $10.

  My friend recommended me to come here in 2018 and haven’t changed to other threading place ever since.. A bit of a long queue but it’s worth it. I’ve always done my brows, forehead & upper lip with Priya and honestly she’s really good at her job!

  I asked for a brow threading and not brow shaping and was told that i need to shape my brows. All she did was take the extras out and charged me $15! Like for what? My brows were not heavily out grown and on top of it she took off some extra bit and didn't really care.
  I've had a bad experience with the same woman and she doesnt seem to bother what the client's needs are and does charge extra for something that is not even efficiently done.
  
  Not happy with the service and would highly recommend that the management looks into this matter and ensures the best service is provided.

  This was my first time doing eyebrow threading. Only $15 but very good and very fast! Loving the result. I had sensitive eyes so the lady actually stopped and handed me tissues and waited for me to recover before continuing. Super sweet! Totally recommend it.
