Favourite place to get my brows threaded, the wait time could be long sometimes but I am always happy with the results of my brows whenever coming here. After their sister store in Dandenong butchered my brows, I can only trust their Chadstone team now. Very reasonably priced too.

This one in Chadstone is by far the best customer service. The team of girls work incredibly hard here meeting the demands of customers and shoppers. Quick, clean and efficient services for brows and other needs. I only go here for the friendly staff, time and time again.

Would not recommend this place! The girl who did my arms waxing burnt my hand. Looked like she did not know what she was doing.
