Google won't let me leave zero stars. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior, was assured they would be open (labour day). Just been sitting out the front for 40mins and no one rocked up and there is no way to contact anyone. I made it clear this app was very important just before an event. Extremely dissapointed with this customer service. Lost another customer.

Lady charged $15 for eyebrows however advertised price is $10.. Absolutely Not going back. On top of that ruined my shape☹️☹️

By far the worst lashes i have ever had, the amount of glue used turned the lash line as hard as plastic and became crusty and painful fast, because of the terrible application these lases ripped every single natural lash out. The worst part was due to the amount of glue used every time i showerd the glue irritated my eyes and i had to get eye drops. I was stuck in a country town with no place to remove them.

Most ridiculous service i ever had the lady didn't speak to me like about the shape of my eyebrows and didn't ask me tht u know thick thin or whatever, just started doing up infact just asking for price that for shaping is $15 and never had a good shape as well i think must change the staff they are losing customers with it, will never go there again and i personally do not recommend it 😡

Total false advertising and intentional deception are the mechanism of the staff. As it was advertised to be $10 on their price list for eyebrow threading but the staff asked for huge $15 tag for the threading as she said involved shaping and not only clean up. I have never heard of THAT! She immediately pick up her phone to answer a call from her mobile and left me with another lady on the check out so that she could avoid arguing with me. Well I have left a memorable message to her co-staff that she may have gained $10 or more for whatever eyebrows she has done, but she has just definitely lost a customer for lifetime. Their tactic is disgusting and unacceptable. She should have advised that this is the price actually for such service if. Rather than shock me with a different price to their price list on the board! Well done you lady, but I ain't coming back anymore.. And I will definitely spread the word! NO STAR FOR YOU! I don't think this business will take off CLEARLY!!!
