  Tharindi omg she is so amazing at her job, she did my facial cleansing and just wow my face felt so soft and smooth I use to have a lot of pimple scars and now it's just gone less and less , and I got to experience Brazilian for the first time, man 💪 what else can I say she's someone you can trust and wanna be around she always has that smile on her face, shes so talented and funny , if you ever go in shes the tallest one in the shop haha thank you so much, your service is beyond amazing keep up the good work bless your heart for being the real one at what you do 💜💜💜

  booked a lash appt here and upon arrival found out that they had double booked and had given my appt to another lady even though i had a card with the correct date and time. extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with !!

  I have been going here for the last few months and I couldn’t be happier. My favourite lady I go to
  is T (Tarhira). She is very professional and has my eyebrows looking great by shaping and colouring them and is particular.

  Awful. I walked in with my mum & there were 2 other people waiting so we asked if it was ok to duck out, grab a few things & come back the lady working said it was fine. We came back, well before the person ahead of us in the queue was done but to my dismay another customer was seen before us, as I explained to the staff member we were next she advised we would have to wait until the person was done. Not impressed in the slightest, customer service clearly doesn't exist in this establishment & I opted to leave without getting any services done.

  I loved this place until I met this Indian woman ( don't know her name ) with very long hair who did waxing of my legs one day and threading of my eyebrows. The result was so awful that I even had to go and do waxing somewhere else again!!!
  Next time I gave her a second chance to do my eyebrows I regret it so much!!! First of all, she didn't ask me how I want it. It took her about 2 min to complete. She was very rough! When she said she's finished, I looked in the mirror and there were hair left under the eyebrow. I asked her to take them off too and she just made my eyebrow thinner than the other one! After that she didn't offer me to cut them a bit. Moreover, she had very dirty nails , a lady who works at a beauty salon !!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WITH THIS YOUNG INDIAN LADY!
  But there is a woman who does her job perfectly! I wish I knew her name.
