Disgusting/ pathetic service ever
It was my first time at the beauty and brow So I thought of booking my appointment over the phone . It was a lady who picked up my call Saturday afternoon 22nd January,
1. I ask her if there in any booking required to come in, she said it is a walking service. Still I told her I will be there around 1pm to 1.20 pm
2. As I reach at praharn shopping centre I again call her because I couldn’t not able to find a location, Her replay after picking the call was ‘ CAN NOT HELP YOU I AM BUSY’ she hung up again.
3. I call again and said I just need to know the location.Her tone was really rude
4. Finally I found the place. I can see that she has already seen me waiting out side. But she kept on ignoring. I went inside and asked her very kindly ‘ how long I have to wait’ ? Her reply was I have got two more customer and then I am going for lunch , so come after half n hours.
She would have had some courtesy to tell me some approximate time over the phone. I traveled around 40 mins. This customer service I have received. Very bad experience.

I usually go here not only because it is reasonable priced but also they do a great job on eyebrows threading. However, when I came in today the person at the reception was on her mobile phone not work phone! and she didn't greet me or even acknowledge me as a customer, then I have to try and grab her attention. I went to sit down and the chairs and items on the tables were dirty and stained. She did hand sanitise before touching me but she didn't clean her hand properly. This is important because we are in a pandemic! Then when she was doing my eyebrows, she kept breaking the thread every 5 to 10 seconds which was annoying. She told me to let go of my hands in a rude tone of voice. Then when I went to pay, I said thank you but she didn't response to that or even said bye, or made eye contact, so rude! all she said was NEXT! I left feeling very unssatisfied and disappointed. I don't think I'll ever come back as the service was horrible and so unprofessional. She made the business looks really bad.

I came here to get Brazilian Wax and I am okay with it. The one star deduction is for a not so neat job. There are still residual hairs, but I can live with it. For a $40 Brazilian wax, I think I got what I paid for.

The other star deduction is for what everyone is complaining about: AVAILABILITY. Despite calling first thing in the morning to book in for a schedule for lunch, the staff said to just come by and walk in. So I did and I saw this sign at the door (see photo). I was just lucky the client before me finished just when I was about to leave.

I asked the staff where are her colleagues and she said she’s just on her own. I cannot remember the exact days, but she said there are days she works with someone. So there’ll be just two of them. Definitely they cannot accommodate people walking in if they are low in staff.

I suggest this place creates/improves booking system. In that way you know when to expect people and if there are people to walk in you can tell them the available times.

I arrived at 4 30 and waited 20 minutes before I was asked if it was okay for me to come back tomorrow. I said I'd prefer not to so she went ahead with an eyebrow shape and tint.

You can hardly tell they was tinted and the threading was awful! There's a gap in my eyebrow, random hairs were left underneath and the shape isn't defined.

This wasn't my first time here and in the past it's been great, but if there's urgency for staff to pack up early and not do a good job, the salon should advertise that it closes earlier than it does.

These girls know what they're doing when it comes to eyebrow threading. I don't let many people touch my eyebrows, but I always love coming here and have never been disappointed. Affordable, and fast service.

Terrible services, threading is $10 on the price board where she charged $15 to which she replied if you come back in 3 weeks we gonna charge you 10$ and these are the company policies. If it is so it should be put up on the price board as well. When I asked her what is the extra $5 for, she said it was for shaping. I did not ask for and did get any shaping done!!!

Ok first of all the lady who was working this morning had the personality of a lemon. No smiling and minimal direction - one word directions.
I very clearly asked her to please trim my eyebrows as they get curly on the ends and not go too thin.
What did she do? Forget to trim the curls and went too thin.
I mean I had iso eyebrows so you know there was a lot to work with and now I look like Gwen Stefani in the 90's.

Worst customer service experience!! I wish I could give less than one star..sadly that option is unavailable. 1) floor was covered with dirt, I didn't know where to place my shopping bag 2) the parlour lady (Indian) threaded my eye brows within a couple of minutes and was super painful (realised for her other white clients she was more patient, listened to their pain and way more slower) I am sorry because i have brown skin doesn't mean i am immune to pain.. 3)she charged me for my eye brows and lips $18!! 4) she said my chin hair was thick to be threaded (I agree) and recommended waxing.. I get bad reaction with waxing, however she refused to listen to me and went into wax room and called me.. I had enough by this point..I paid the overcharged price for threading I got done and owed to myself that I will never ever step in to this shop ever again!!

Service itself is good and eyebrow threading for $10 is actually a really good price for the area. The shortfall is on availability. They now close earlier on Monday to Wednesday’s (5:30pm) which means I can’t rush here after work. Came here at 3:30pm on a Friday and they asked us to come back at 4:15pm?!? Ridiculous to expect your customers to wait 45 minutes for you.

Nice place in convenient location. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Gave me a great advice, rather than just get offering extras. Quality service! Defiantly making it my permanent spot!
