I walked in with a beautiful thick and dark pair of eyebrows and expected just a simple thread to eliminate side hairs and give it a smoother shape. However, when I left half of my eyebrows were all gone. I went from a thick brow to thin lines. Extremely disappointed and upset. In addition the sign on the outside displayed eye threading as $12 however when I went to pay i was told it was $18. They should honour the advertised price, or change the sign for incoming customers to be informed of the price hike. Not coming back.

Thought I would give you guys another chance after the last bad experience but it seems to have made zero difference. Went in and specifically asked for a very simple tidy up. No reshape or trim of my brows. Clearly explained to her not to touch or trim the insides of my brows because last time she trimmed one side too short it looked uneven. This time I was even luckier and she completely threaded too far in on the other brow. They look uneven and wonky then proceeded to trim. To top off this wonderful experience I was getting ready to leave she decided it would be a great idea to make a comment about me to the other worker. It's a shame you have so many bad reviews.. cute store but your staff absolutely ruin your business. In future go spend the extra money around the corner.

I have never had the worst experience in my life. I went to get my eyebrows done today. The lady looked so agressive she didn’t even bother to greet just sat me down. Didn’t bother to ask if i am comfortable in chair. She started of doing my one eyebrow than started with upper lips without even finishing the second eyebrows. While she was doing upperlips i told her the thread is getting into my skin. She didn’t seem to care. When i started to bleed 🩸 she blamed back on me that it was my fault i am bleeding i should of stretched which i was as this wasn't the first time i was getting upper lips threading done. I know how to stretch. 😪 I wouldn’t recommend to go to this place she’s really rude than she would charge you extra more than the actual price.

Had a face wax. Being the only one there I thought I would get good customer service. Well that didn't happen. Had the burning wax dripped and slapped on. I have never had such a bad experience. My face has big welts on it still over a day later. The price on the front of the shop had $35 and she charged me $40. Would never go back there again.

I normally go to the Chadstone branch and they are lovely and always do a great job, but this one day I was already at Highpoint and decided why not get it done here. This was in late November and the job was awful - I’m normally very forgiving hence why I posted so late. I figured my brows would just grow back which is usually ok whenever my brows have been threaded too thin in the past. But not this time - the lady threaded THROUGH my brows and 2 months later this is what it looks like, it has not grown back at all! I’m left having to spend more money on microblading and other treatments just to get my brows fixed :(

The door of the store had a sign of will be back in 15 mins but it has been 47mins and the staff is not back. Worst service waste of my time while waiting never gonna come back to the store due to its unprofessionalism.

Terrible service. It was 4.45pm so still plenty of time before they closed, and no one else was waiting, and the lady did a horrible rushed job!!! Took no more than 2minutes to complete the whole eyebrow threading - that's a minute or less per eye! A complete robbery of $10, I feel as though she did nothing. Never coming back here again!

Akveer does my eyebrows perfectly!! Have tried so many places this is the best so far. She understands what I prefer & always do it the way I want. Good staff & nice place !!
