I stayed here with my husband on the first night of our honeymoon. The room had a wonderful view, and the service was excellent. Thank you for helping make our trip special.

I spent 10 days in this hotel Sept 2017 with my mum who was travelling to visit me. It's located in the best location for city lovers and easy access to everything. I do wish they spend a little more money on bathroom renovation tho.probably the least impressive 5 star hotel (or even 4..) Iv ever seen. .but overall a great hotel to stay.

The Venu was nice, staff were nice, however I thought the door handles to enter the restrooms were very low. I had to bend down a lot to reach them and I'm not a very tall person. Overall besides that small bit it was a great experience

Rooms have been fine. Staff has all been very amiable. Really enjoy the breakfast in the executive lounge, as well as the ability to pop in for a drink. Close to everything I need, but that also means city noise doesn't go away. All in all, it's a place I'd stay at again.

Both my partner and myself were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of room as well as the friendliness from staff who were very attentive to our needs. Buffet breakfast was nice with a good selection of foods, however keeping the food levels plentiful was lacking which was maybe due to being understaffed for a Sunday breakfast service. Hotel Bar during the evening was also a great experience, friendly and we'll mannered staff providing a great selection of both local and international craft beers and amazing cocktails. This hotel was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic city center hotel. Located in the heart of Sydney. Excellent service by all teams. Great renovation in the bedrooms. The roof top pool is definitely a plus.

I loved the customer service and staff interaction. One lovely lady from the staff came in to lend us some scissors and was advised to wait for us to hand them back and whilst she waited she offered to straighten my hair she was so lovely!! Id also like to add on my last day there I was feeling quite Ill and I asked the gentleman at the desk for some crackers he came back with a whole packet and some water, tissues and a throw up back. Super helpful, caring I really felt like home not to mention super close to the shopping!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The location was great. This is my second time visit. Everything still above average. Can't find any other words to describe how I feel. Staff were profecessional and friendly. The house keeping team were so lovely and thoughtful. Really makes us feels like home. The atmosphere in the lobby were so relax.

I would recommend Swissôtel to everyone, and also I will be back again.😊😄😄

We stayed at one of their premier king rooms and wow their bed, pillows and quilt were so comfy!
The view from our room was great too! I could see across to St marys cathedral and then right underneath us was Pitt St mall!
The staff were so accommodating too! When I booked I requested to be able to check in earlier and sure enough we could and they had our room ready for us by 11:30!!! Couldn't ask for anything better!
I also noticed they offered free fruits and bottles of water either near the entrance of the hotel and right in front of the elevators!

The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because we wanted to order room service at around midnight and their selection of food at that time weren't that great but overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, and kind, helpful staff. Just don't eat or drink in the lobby if you can help it. The people there have no idea how to run a restaurant or bar. You will wait up to a half hour for a cup of water. You won't get your food as the same time as your companions. They only bring one dish out at a time, and you won't get your plate til your friend's done eating. Slow even bringing a beer to your table It's ridiculous.

Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful Concierge. Valet Parking available, though pricey at $69 per night, the convenience of not having to look for somewhere to park, especially with all the roadworks being done, made the cost worthwhile for me.
If booking a Children's Room, my suggestion would be that you Check; Double-Check and Triple-Check with Reception when booking, to ensure they have all details correct with regard to the ages of any children having their own room. Sadly, despite my best efforts at doing such, it still got mucked up at the Hotel and instead of them catering for an older 7 year old, we were provided with toys and games for a 2-4 year old. Admittedly, staff attempted to rectify the problem but then there were further problems with staff trying to get the WII games working. all of which took far too much time and effort for a Hotel of such high quality. Still and all, 5 stars from me for the cleanliness of the Hotel and the rooms, along with the extremely comfortable beds, complimentary bathrobes and slippers and reasonably good service.

The staff was very accommodating. I didn't have a reservation but they found an available table in the lounge area of restaurant/bar. The decor was really comfortable but classy. The menu was fairly standard. The food came in a timely fashion and was very good. I enjoyed every moment of the time I spent there and will definitely go again.
