Website said parking was available.. parking was an extra $45! And was also more than a block away and was the WORST excuse for a car park we had ever seen and experienced! Our car was parked in we were late leaving because our car was parked in. Management was terrible our bed was broken our aircon did jack all and they wanted our car keys for our new car in case someone else wanted to move their car! Our stay was nothing but a nightmare. Honestly would have preferred to sleep in our car! Would have wanted a refund for parking and rooms but probably not worth the hassle. 👎👎👎

Beware of this place. You know when you know who skimmed your keycard but you never followed up or tried to get proof but dang it you know who it was, coz now that you think about it why did they do this and why did they do that. There's nothing posh about this place. I wouldn't be surprised if they entered your room while you weren't there with someone downstairs keeping an eye out for guests return.
Definite need of investigation this one.

I would not recommend the Posh hotel to anyone, the room was very average, the ensuite was very small, dirty and in poor condition. To top this off I was asked to leave a $200.00 security deposit, which they ensured would be refunded in 24/48 hours this took over a week. Then they charged an extra $4.55 on my card without my permission three days after checking out. Only after several tries at calling them they told me it was a credit card surcharge they forgot to inform me about at the time of check in. To the date of this review I have not had a response to any of my emails. I find this extremely poor customer service.

Got a great deal online for one night. Got to hotel early, couldn’t get in. Waited 5 minutes for staff to come to the door. Place has a musty smell. Got our room key, ‘housekeeping’ was still ‘cleaning’ the room. Found out the musty smell originated in the recently ‘cleaned’ room. Decided we couldn’t stay the night due to concerns for our health. Spoke to staff. Got told they couldn’t give us another room, no apology, no offer of refund, no sympathy. Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever been in, and I didn’t even stay the night, worse than the backpackers I stayed in Mumbai. That place at least had health and hygiene standards and the staff smiled at you even if they couldn’t understand a word of what you said. Don’t recommend this place at all. Best thing for this building is it’s location, so perhaps a developer would be interested in buying the building, tear it down and save us all from being ripped off and exposed to filth. If Only Google would allow me to give it a zero star rating

Disgusting place had 6 cockroaches in our room 4 were dead and 2 alive, was the worst place I have ever been. Staff did not care and will not give our money back. We did not stay there at all.

The Posh Hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room was noisy and only acceptably clean. There were no tea, coffee, milk or teaspoons in the room or the shared kitchen. Fortunately there are plenty of places to get a snack or a cup of coffee just outside the door. The location is great. If you just want a cheap bed for a night it's OK but I wouldn't want to stay there any longer.

Definitely would not recommend. The rooms are nothing like the pictures, more of a hostel than a hotel. Toilets / showers are shared even though they say there's bathrooms in the rooms. The showers are filthy, full of mould and ants. Sheets were stained and not clean. Paid $70 for parking in a dogey shed around the corner, which we couldn't our car out of on the second day. Also had to pay for parking in cash so they could avoid paying tax. Stay as far away as you can from this "hotel" !!!

We had a bit of a mixed experience at Posh Hotel. The location is fantastic, the people lovely, the place is very clean. However, the shower and toilet in our room were open to the rest of the room - fine if you are there on your own, but a bit more 'sharing' than either of us were comfortable with! Even a simple privacy screen would have improved it, but an enclosed space would be better.

Absolutely DREADFUL!!! A total rip off, staff are awful, place is feral! An all round horrendous experience!! Shared bathroom is something that is definitely in the fine print. Without a doubt the worst place I have every stayed in and I have traveled the globe.

I promise you that this is the worst place to put your money.
Absolutely filthy, scratches on the wall, dead roaches in the bathroom and NOTHING like the photos.
They charged us for checking in which is standard but when we came out five minutes later stating that it was in an unacceptable condition they refused to give back our money. Then they charged another 50 for "not checking in".
Don't worry Consumer Affairs has been contacted with a complaint.

But I strongly recommend to put your money elsewhere or ATLEAST demand to see the room before you put money on it.

    Had a horrible customer experience.
Booked a room online at around 2pm because we had no place to stay. Booking was confirmed online. Arrived there a little after 3 and called the number for late check-in. The person on the phone told us that there were no rooms available. When we told him that our booking was confirmed, he said "be there in 10 minutes". When we tried calling him after an other 20 elapsed, he simply dropped our call!
The support Hotline of the booking site told us we got the money refunded, however, we still had no place to stay and simply dropping a customers call and not informing us of anything is a complete no go. Avoid.

Good location close to central station for the price. Room wasnt that clean and the hotel has a weird feeling to it. The bed was basically just a matress on a base that didn't really fit but it was comfortable. The air con was a little load and there was some noise from the streets. Overall, we were only there 1night and I wouldn't stay there any longer. Staff were nice and friendly.
