Conveniently located, easy procedure to rent, not a very wide variety of cars to chose from but good for those on a budget and looking for a good deal. The car we rented was a 5 door hatch and it was in a very good condition. The whole experience was very good.

Absolutely Wonderful Service!! Ruth was wonderful to talk with on the phone and I decided to book a car with them based on how helpful she was compared to the other companies I called.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They will come and pick you up. They even dropped us off at the airport after we returned the car. Very reasonable prices.

I can't praise this company highly enough, after been let down by another car rental company on the 29th of December we spent time on the phone to all the car rentals in town and when we called sugarland they did what they could to help us and told us we could have a ute early on the Saturday. They only had a ute left which we jumped at because everywhere else was booked out. The ute was spotless and was in mint condition. The whole experience was a pleasure with no hassle. They even provided airport drop off free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone going to cairns. They staff are all extremely friendly and as I mentioned before they are so helpful. They also provided us with maps and gave advise on attractions and places to see.

I couldn't praise the service we received from Leonora and her colleagues more highly! They were friendly and helpful and the car I hired was reasonably priced and perfect for local trips. I had a problem with my prepaid UK Post Office Card and they asked what they could do to help. I was able to use their PC to get onto the internet and sort it out. As I didn't have Sat Nav they helped me to work out how to get back to the lodgings where we were staying. Definitely service that went the extra mile, and I would definitely recommend them. :)

Local car rental company recommended by our hotel concierge. Rented a Corolla for $60 for the day. They picked me up from the hotel to their office for the paperwork and since we returned after their offices closed (5pm) I could drop the car off at the hotel and they picked it up the next morning. This service was very useful. Their office staff was super helpful with tips, directions and coupons for attractions.

I have used the Sheridan St. branch twice now; firstly in Nov 2013 and then in Nov 2015. Very reasonable price for a good small car (Getz). Staff very friendly and efficient.
When picking up the car there was a thorough check for dents, scratches and windscreen chips at which there was an opportunity for me to indicate flaws not already marked on their sheet.(I would accept that scratches on the car when it is returned, not indicated on the sheet, occurred during the hire period. Fortunately in my case there were none, but if there were I would have paid up and not tried to wriggle out of it by claiming they were already there and shouting scam).
I travelled about 500Kms in 10 days hire with no problem at all.
After the drop off, they gave me a lift to the airport saving a cab fare. I will certainly use them again if I am ever in the Cairns area.response / report this review
