  Worst hire car company ever!!
  Absolutely no customer service, no customer privacy.
  Took money out of my bank without my consent or notifying me and shouldnt have even kept my card on file as I just made a purchase I never made a booking with them.
  Also even though I didn't make a booking or drive there car at all iv still received fine in the mail that isn't mine and they charged me $50 In order to send me someone else's fine.
  Criminals as far as I'm concerned!

  Mike is just a wonderful guy together with his wife Anne and Team. They have devoted their time and energy for many years now in this fine business. Customer service and the quality of their cars is simply excellent. They are the number 1 local car hire company in Cairns. A very big thank you for always trying your best to pick up our guests on time.

  We have hired cars from Mini Car Rentals quite a few times when we visit Cairns. We find them to be fast, friendly and efficient. The rates are very good and the cars are always lovely, clean and economical. The service is excellent. They tick all the boxes for me. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍
