Terrible service with a bad attitude. We had to wait 40 minutes outside in the heat to get the car. When we got there they charged us extra costs. Would not recommend.

It's way off the airport path. Customer Service is good. Affordable pricing.

Cars are quite old and very basic, clutch had problems on my car. Also beware that the desk is not at the airport, you need to call ahead and organize a shuttle to collect you.

Staff members need training they need to be more patient and up to date with what's happening with the pc systems.

Booked online for Car Rental at Cairns Airport. No mention in the whole process that the car rental is not at the airport. Instead you have to wait for 45 mins for an old bus to collect you and then drive to an offsite rental location. Very frustrating considering all the other rental companies have desks at the airport and pickup just outside the doors. If in Cairns then book with anyone else (Avis, Hertz, Thrifty etc). They all have onsite locations. Very sneaky not to make this clear when you book the car.
