Kenny (Store Manager) has been a delight to deal with. Always honest, professional and patient with all my queries. Over the last couple of years, Kenny has looked after me with 2 Verandahs, a Pergola and recently a custom made shed. Have recommended Kenny to many friends and family and will continue to use him for any future projects.

Scotts customer service is unparalleled! We unfortunately couldn't complete our order but sent family members to get their patio dreams fulfilled. The whole experience has been made so easy and personal. Would love to deal with the team again

I recently ordered a side gate from Stratco and I was very impressed by the service provided by Ross. He was very thorough in his detail, ensuring the product was suitable for my requirements. Excellent to deal with.
I took a piece of my fence in and they not only told me it wasn't their fence, but they told me who's it was.
And then printed off the name and address for me.

After sending our ideas of what we would like to achieve to cover our existing deck area to Stratco Deer Park on line they were very quick to contact us and after listening to my ideas, suggested that I take some measurements and a few photos and take a trip to there showroom to get a better idea of their products and service's.
