One of the best stores for practically everything you could need to renovate your home or upgrade your garden. The service is excellent and there are always people with the right advice for any type of D.I.Y project. They also cater for trades people and professionals.

Given its limited space it has a good range of household necessities. Some signs are hard to find, because they're not there. Visit regularly and you'll find things. Is there a Bunnings products location app?

Like other Bunnings outlets this store in Hawthorn has a good selection of hardware and a reasonable and well stocked, although small, nursery with everything well organised and under the one roof. The kids playing area in the garden centre is an attraction and the underground car park, although it does get pretty busy and hectic during the weekend, is very convenient.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable although sometimes they're hard to locate when you need assistance so I find it's best to do your homework online and if possible, work out what aisles your items are in before getting to the store.

Wanted to say thank you to Alice in the special orders desk. She's very patient, helpful and nice. She went out of her way to help us. Although we didn't find what we needed in this store, she helped us to locate one in another Bunnings store. It took her about 30min to help us. Fantastic service!

Horrible customer servicenot once but twice. Just now 1) I asked for help in finding the hinges he pointed me to the aisle 2. Can't find it and asked again but same thing just go to aisle 2!!! 2nd. Looked for Sweet Garden Sugar Cane Mulch and since nothing was on the ground and heaps on the racks, I asked one of the staff if he can help me. He said he can't because he is not assigned in the area else, I can wait for a couple of hours or just go to other store!!! What the!!!! So I went to the Customer Service Section to ask for help and she said someone will meet me at Aisle 32. Went all the way back and was told he can't bring it down but instead recommended an organic compost!! What are you guys thinking or are you even thinking???

Terrible service. I have given my details to Oder a spare part for my line trimmer and it's been a week I haven't got a call back. When I try to chase, the guy on the phone was rude and simply said you have to call back as the trade specialist is not there.
