Pretty good. Good location. It's a bit of a pokey store though.
Such a bad Coles. Pokey and narrow aisles, frequently running out of stock. Meat and fresh produce area is small and understocked. Can't wait for them to change it with the Cato Square upgrade.
There are a lot of undesirable people getting around. I don't feel comfortable in the store
Best Coles ever! All staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially deli team regardless how busy they are( busiest I imagine than other coles in melbourne) they deliver super quick service with great hospitality:)
Decent variety for its size and great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. I still have to go to the larger Coles stores to find certain items though.
Very busy always but good selection and very handy having two entrances
Medium sized supermarket with everything you'd expect. I have always found everything is needed here.
A good place to get cheap kitchen supplies.
Deli staff never want to use the ticket system. Needs a bit of a reno but handy for most needs.
big store with parking lot in behind. It's good for a crowded area like Chapel St.
One of the oldest looking Coles in metro Melbourne. Definitely needs an update.
Has been a well maintained supermarket. But the service + tidiness has dropped off badly.
Service is great. Staff are helpful. Also great location
Standard inner city Coles. Chapel Street entry side is mostly for self checkout only and rarely has more than staffed checkout available for customer's with baskets only. Car park side could be better but also looks to have limited checkouts available. Surprised this is not a 24/7 Coles given the location.
Clean and easy ro fin the grocwries you need. The rices are usually pretty good to
