Every time I walk into the office I get greeted by a warm friendly smile. The staff are always willing to go that extra mile to help you out, which I really appreciate. I recommend all my friends to Melbourne Real Estate as I know they will be well taken care of!

We have rented from Melbourne Real Estate for the past 3 years.
Our property manager is Samantha Bolton who has been fantastic. She is very easy to communicate with, nothing is too much trouble and she sorts out any issues very quickly.

Since day one Tamara has been very attentive to every detail. Replacing my previous property manager was always going to be a huge task. Not only has she managed that but she has done an even better job! She is extremely prompt in her responses to any queries and requests. Her outstanding personal qualities compliment of amazing principles of Melbourne Real Estate. Highly recommended!

Have been with Melbourne Real Estate now for 5 months and am pleased to say I am very impressed with the level of service the Property Managers provide their clients. In the 5 months we have been here, Catherine Rodriguez was our first property manager, very responsive and helped with a few issues in our apartment - She then handed the management over to Tamara Stevens who continued to provide absolutely amazing service. Not only did she come into the role with an outstanding dishwasher request but soon after my initial e-mail to follow up on the issue she contacted me and got the ball rolling. Completely diplomatic and understanding of our needs. 100% will recommend Tamara for future tenants choosing to go with Melbourne Real Estate.

As a tenant for the last 4 years in a Melbourne Real Estate managed property, the support provided was first class from the time I registered to the handling of the Bond Claim. On one occasion when I returned from interstate and, forgetting I had an inspection that day, in haste I had left clothes laying around and a breakfast mess. They agreed to delay the inspection so I could correct the situation. Inspections were thorough which is of benefit to both tenant and landlord. All communication was timely and they were also responsive to queries. If I choose to become a landlord or rent again, Samantha and her team will be at the top of my list (and, based on a previous sub-optimal rental experiences, probably the only ones on my list).

Recently purchased a property and have been very pleased with how professional and attentive Melbourne Real Estate staff members are, in particular Michael who has gone out of his way to provide any information needed. Josh who is also a member of the team is very knowledgeable in the area and was helpful when I had questions at the open. Outstanding customer service.

Me and my wife just signed a lease on a beautiful apartment with the team on Melbourne Real Estate! I must say that we are impressed how well handled the entire process was managed! I must name drop some extra shining stars: David Cole & Mike Drover did an excellent job showing the property with great precision but still manage to give all personal service even though there was quite a crowd, a true joy! Then when our matter beginning to get processed we got great service from Adam Li, well done! And last, but not least, Matthew McKenna, with a firm hand you got us all to feel safe in this jungle of admin. Great work guys! oh must not forget, the front desk, what a welcome we got every time!! Good on you! I would recommend Melbourne Real Estate any time! Hats of!

I recently signed a new lease at Melbourne Real Estate and have been extremely impressed with their communication and friendliness so far. We were greeted in their office at South Yarra and made to feel very welcome.
None of the lease signing was rushed and Jenny Jensen, the Assistant Property Manager we've been lucky enough to be assigned has been outstanding. Every request has been replied to and thoroughly followed up in a timely and friendly manner.
If the rest of the year with Melbourne Real Estate is as good as it's been during sign on, it'll be a great year. Thanks!response / report this review
