Exceptional customer service and a wide range of reasonably-priced, quality products. This is one of those very rare stores that encourages you back even if there's nothing you particularly need, just in case "something new" has arrived. The inviting atmosphere and relaxed but very helpful sales staff encourage browsing ad infinitum, never applying any pressure but always handy to answer questions and move items to "mix and match". Definitely worth the journey, wherever you live.

I was extremely happy with my experience here. Staff are soo very helpful and knowledgeable especially Lisa who helped me every step of the way purchasing my outdoor sofa and bar table

Haven't received the furniture yet as its only just been ordered. However, I will say this. We had a two hour round trip to get to Outdoor Elegance in Braeside and I have been looking for furniture for ages online and in stores. The quality and prices we saw at this store I couldn't beat anywhere else. We went in for a dining setting and came out with the dining setting, an outdoor lounge and two sun beds. More importantly, the service. These guys were polite, friendly, allowed us to wander, were available as soon as we had any questions and couldn't have been more helpful. Never once did I feel rushed or would I have felt uncomfortable if I hadn't decided to purchase anything. They were a pleasure to deal with. Now - can't wait to see my furniture in place. :)
The trip was well worth it. Looks like I might be out there again as next time my sister is in Melbourne she wants to head out there too.
UPDATE
Furniture arrived today. It was installed and all the cardboard, plastic etc., taken away. Even cut plastic tags off.
I am thrilled with the furniture, the quality is awesome. Could not be happier.
Throughout the time from order to delivery, the communication from Outdoor Elegance Braeside has been exceptional. The staff are fantastic.
Service: Well, haven't seen anything like it in years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

5 star products, 5 star service and advice. We bought a Royal life aluminium Setting and Fire pit - walked in, got a good deal, and delivery straight away as we needed it quickly - all done in a professional and friendly manner. Lisa and Tony were wonderful. We would highly recommend this business and staff.

loved it! staff were great! the range of products is great! i didn't intend to, but i walked out with a pizza oven as well! this was based on the price because what i was originally after was cheaper than i expected!
