Great holiday destination. It's especially affordable if it's during the weekday. My kids really enjoyed the pool, the play area and the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in. It's clean, fully equipped with beautiful views.

Nice resort and great layout. Plenty for kids to do. They had the big function room playing the afl Grand Final which was a bonus. Room was also nice and clean, self contained apartment, although had troubles with the stove top. All up great place to stay at with the family!

Lovely place. Went there last winter but still enjoyed the place. Had buffet breakfast which served heaps of food, bubba enjoyed the playground and trampoline, and I think each room has their own outdoor barbeque. Their indoor pool was beautiful even on winter. I bet their outdoor pool looks amazing this summer. Purchase a voucher and I'd say it was really worth the money. You wont even feel you paid for your stay at a discounted price. We even had wine and chocolate as a welcome treat. Lovely view, lovely place. Perfect for families with kids. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic service from staff. Good breakfast buffet and extremely kid friendly. Lovely location that lets you see the ocean. We used their tennis court (borrow the racquets and balls from reception) and the spa. Would have given 5 stars but the spa needs to be altered a bitit's like a white water rafting experience where you get punched in the face. We had to cower over one side.

Nice view from our hillside room. Rooms were very clean as tidy. The kids really enjoyed the jumping pillow and pool. Our dinner at the restaurant was too everyone's liking. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms are nice but maybe a little outdated. Buffet breakfast not fresh even though we arrived 20mins after breakfast began. Hotel and surrounds very pretty. Staff were helpful. For the price maybe could be a bit better but not bad.

Excellent condition rooms and facilities. Great for families with most rooms facing into the central park. Only complaint (for lack of a softer word) was the restaurant, lacked choice and was expensive. Bar was under staffed for happy hour however staff were very friendly.

Attended a wedding. Grounds & facilities looked amazing. Unfortunately catering & bar was significantly under staffed resulting in increased wait times (cold food etc)

Great location, requested for an ocean view and was given a room with one. Price is reasonable. The quality of everything was definitely better than expected. Quite spacious, clean, breakfast was pretty good, overall very satisfied. Highly recommend for couples and families with kids!

We stayed in a resort room with a nice balcony and garden view. Bathroom was spacious but the room was not. Room isn't made up during your stay, no fresh towels or replacement clean mugs for tea. We could also hear the guests in the room above us walking around. Breakfast buffet is absolutely appalling, couldn't eat the scrambled eggs as they were so dry, the fruit was very average and the croissants were stale. Don't bother! We had some nice cocktails though but won't be back.

Pros: nice views. decent quality accommodation. lots of availability.
Cons: pre-paid bookings -they charge you upfront (unlike other hotels). has a bad cancellation policy. won't let kids share room with parents. pets not allowed. no loyalty program or hotel group

A nice place to stay, well targeted for children. Not sure about the 5 stars but surely very clean, rooms and all. Breakfast deal is nicely priced, pity no prunes and short range of fruit. WHO wants canned fruit anyway??? The game machines are a laugh and totally unnecessary. Staff members are smiling, ready to help and service-oriented, quite rare in Australia. Only once did I catch one of the receptionist beauties disgracefully YAWNING with her mouth o-p-e-n w-i-d-e, well after 9am even. NOT FIVE STARS, SORRY. And totally overpriced unless you can grab a voucher.

The staff here are wonderful!! Especially in the dining area. I come here often for the food even when I am not staying in their apartments and each and every time walk away happy and satisfied with the quality of service.

I recommend this place too family and friends with full confidence that they will find it as enjoyable as i do.

Easily 5/5 stars.
