  Not bad at all for the price but hotel rooms you can have with dogs are a little small. Facilities overall are very good, long term residents are very friend as are staff. Would recommend

  Can't say enough about the staff and how nice they all are. The place is spotlessly clean and the fact that it is pet friendly just puts the icing on the cake.

  Carrum Downs holiday park is very average at best. The holiday park is located in a reasonably convenient area, with multiple shops within average walking distance. However, I think they’re a bit pricey for what they offer. My first and biggest gripe has to do with the showers and hot water. You are only provided with a 50 litre tank of hot water, which means that if you’re sharing your room with more than 2 people, you’re forced into waiting 20 minutes between showers while you wait for the water to reheat. My second dislike is the fact that your room does not get serviced, they don’t even provide you with fresh towels unless you ask. This is the only place I have ever been to that doesn’t service your room. Other than these, there are only a few minor issues, none of which make too much of an impact on your experience.

  This place is run by super friendly staff! The holiday park itself isn't super appealing to the eye, and the rooms are quite dated and smelt a bit like Grandma, but despite the furniture being dated and stuff it was really comfortable and clean! Tv is an awesome size and has all channels, bed is super dooper comfy, and it's very spacious. Considering I only paid $95 for a double room, it was pretty darn awesome. By the way the lady who works at reception who recently moved here from South Australia should get a gold star for being so nice and having a chat with me :) would stay here again

  Absolutely horrible customer service, owners and staff swearing at customers and completely arrogant. Pushing and very rude when asking questions. Would not recommend if you are travelling with a trailer as they wont let you park near your room.
  Would not recommend to anyone would cares about decent customer service.

  Stayed here every time we are in Vic for a specialty show. Fab people and facilities.
  
  Yes I pick up after my dogs and many others who stay here Don't abuse this fab place or you will ruin it for all!
