Quite clean. Only used the conference room which was relatively sized. Toilets were clean too. Didn't interact with staff of the hotel

Rooms are clean and modern. Moorabbin is a bit isolated but this is not the hotels fault. Good business hotel.

Clean hotel, spacious and quiet location. Not really Moorabbin as true location is Heatherton and this could be confusing for people like myself who choose the Moorabbin location thinking it was more Moorabbin Bayside area. Check in person did not float my boat and found her to be a little on the cool side of personality. There is no elevator so did not appreciate lugging a large heavy suitcase, 2 smaller bags and a handbag up and down the stairs. Couldn't find the entry point to my apartment as no clear signs. The bathroom sink was blocked and the dryer kept giving a signal of cleaning the filter which I checked several times. Was asked by housekeeping when I was checking out (asked at 9.30am) and about my usage of the mini bar which I was tempted to tell her none of your business. I just said no use of mini bar and isn't check out 10am? Didn't appreciate the questions when still residing at the hotel. To top it off the Foxtel was blurry and fuzzy with bad reception so needed to watch mainstream tv for the entire night 😕 Beds are nice and comfy and bigger than usual hotel beds which was a nice touch. The bummer was the bedside table alarm going off 2 hours before I needed to get up. Ughhh. Check out lady was nice however.

Middle of nowhere but nice clean rooms, double glazed Windows..nice touches. Opt for a above base room if you want a real bed otherwise you will get a fold out of the wall one that really isn't that comfortable.
