5 stars is quite a bit for this place but the people were lovely it is a cheaper hotel everything you can be expected but 5 star service very happy will stay again

Old owners were better. New owners spy on your every move. Need to know what you are doing every second of your stay. Awkward.

Super clean renovated rooms, beds are very comfortable with new mattress, excellent customer service, very good location. Great places to eat and shop in the area. I stay here when in town

Great friendly welcoming and helpful. Plenty of space. We had our own porta cot but very accommodating for ppl with small children. Bed a bit firm for our liking but all in all it was a great stay.

Friendly staff and a decent little room for the money with a comfortable bed My only issues were the very thin walls and some odd behaviour from other guests and locals

The location is close to all amenities and to Dandenong. You can walk over to the Hotel where there is a public bar, bistro and pokies. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. They are open 24/7 also.
