  Bad communication skills from the reps at the Quest, upon booking for a room i was told there would be a 128 dollar fee thats fine, when i called up on the 15th of September to book a room for me and my Daughter for Saturday , when i arrived on Saturday they charged me (additional 122
  from (JADE) which i was not told that the night before from (LINDA), AND jade kept telling me they have to take out 250 for accidental bond and the fee for the night 128 which would have added up to 378, and then after being there for a fews hours i developed claustrophobia so i had to leave and they wouldn't refund me the whole charge only the the bond which was 122 not 250 like i was told earlier
  it sounds to me your Representatives of this Hotel don't have proper communications skills and proper information or skills to work there and in the end i am out of a 128 dollars and i am on a pension as well , if i new this i would have never went to this hotel

  Good location.. lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Southend Westfields just down the road. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

  Love this place. Very clean and has everything you need including a full kitchen with pots and pans, a washer and dryer in the bathroom, a spacious standing shower a balcony and two level parking structure.

  Nice room and clean. Balcony was not as good as photo. Car park difficult, no signs or instructions how to get in & out.
